Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 The personal data requested when placing the order are collected by the Website and processed on computer media, in order to satisfy the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will in no case and for any reason be transferred. to third companies that are not directly involved in the conclusion of the contract. The data controller is Nagica Luxury Home – Viale Del Lavoro, 16 – 67039 Sulmona (AQ), in the person who from time to time has legal representation, unless a manager is appointed pursuant to the ‘art. 29 of the Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003.

The interested party enjoys the rights referred to in the art. 7 d. lgs. 196/2003, namely: request confirmation of the existence of your personal data at the Nagica Luxury Home headquarters; know their origin, the logic and the purposes of their processing; obtain its updating, rectification and integration; request its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in case of unlawful processing; oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication. Obtaining the cancellation of your personal data is subject to sending a written communication to be sent by post to the company headquarters. Security of personal data
